Steelfoot is joined by the Chieftains and Law Speakers of the following three kindreds, which, together with Runehof, represent the four founding kindreds of Northlands Tribe: Matt Reardon, Wulfsgeist Kindred Christine Stone, Wolfmoon Kindred Jim Rogers, Northwoods Kindred AccusedEric James Dokken Note: there is no available on-line identity and/or alias for the accused. Allegations/Statement of FactDokken became known to Runehof members through standard contact methods; in this case via communication shared with a re-enactment organization. After in-person meetings and conversations, Dokken was invited to attend Runehof blot. During a blot gathering – attended by dozens of people and several different kindreds, Dokken molested one of the young children. When this was discovered and subsequently reported to the police, it was learned that Dokken held previous convictions for the same offense, and was in fact on parole for the very same offense. Dokken is currently incarcerated. Stated Action Dokken has proven himself to be a threat to the safety of our communities, and has proven himself to be a liar of most dangerous nature. Additionally, he continues to attempt contact with other Asatru organizations and individuals. As Steelfoot, hearth-owner and frith-speaker at Runehof’s blot-fire, Dokken has violated the trust of my kinsmen and kinswomen – a trust which I had sworn. Frith was broken at my hearth – under circumstances most grievous. Northlands Tribe has declared Dokken outlaw, and outcast from all Heathen Society. Northlands is joined in this declaration by those kindreds listed at the end of this document. All kindreds who have affirmed this action have acted independently of any other organization or consideration. Definition of ActionBecause of the extremely heinous nature of Dokkens’ offense, and the high probability that he will continue to attempt contact with the Heathen community, we feel it is of utmost importance that the greater Heathen community be informed. Dokken is still subject to and protected by Utland Law. Of greater importance is that WE are also subject to Utland Law, and irrespective of ancient Heathen tradition, we must act within the parameters of that Utland Law while satisfying the traditions of Heathen Law. By declaring Dokken outlaw and outcast from Heathen society, we affirm the following:
